Priced per mandate and per module
Each module — Invoicing & quotes, Payroll, Accounting — is billed per mandate, at a price that drops as your mandates multiply. No free mandates, no minimum: you pay for what you switch on.

- Each module has its own tier: the rate depends on how many mandates are billed for that module, and applies to all of them.
- A paid module gives the mandate all Business features; an unpaid module stays on the free Starter limits.
- One monthly bill, excl. VAT, prorated whenever a mandate or module is added or removed.
- Your own company does not count as a mandate — only your client companies are billed.

From the Mandates page you can take over billing for a client-paid mandate at any time — their subscription is cancelled with a prorated credit — or hand it back to them.
Included every month, then pay as you go
On the mandates you pay for, the heaviest operations are included up to a monthly volume per mandate, then billed per unit on your next bill. Nothing is ever blocked.

The current month's overage is itemised in your trustee area and added to the next monthly bill. Mandates paid by the client follow the limits of their own plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much does the trustee offer cost?+
You pay per mandate and per module, every month: CHF 7 per mandate for 1 to 9 mandates billed on a module, CHF 5 for 10 to 24, CHF 4 for 25 to 49, CHF 3 from 50. The tier is computed module by module and applies to all mandates of that module. All three modules for one mandate therefore cost from CHF 21 down to CHF 9 per month.
What does a paid mandate include?+
Every module you pay for gives the mandate all Business features: unlimited clients and invoices, complete payroll, 23 currencies, supplier bills, bank import, reconciliation and priority support. An unpaid module stays on Starter limits.
Are there free mandates?+
No: a mandate costs the trustee nothing only when the client pays for it or stays on the Starter plan. There is no minimum either — a single mandate with a single module costs CHF 7 per month — and your own company is never billed as a mandate.
Who pays: the trustee or the client?+
You decide for each mandate, and you can change your mind. If you take over billing for a client who had their own subscription, it is cancelled with a prorated credit. If you hand billing back, the mandate returns to the Starter plan until the client subscribes.
What happens when a mandate exceeds the included volume?+
Nothing blocks. Payslips, extractions and AI operations beyond the monthly included volume are counted per mandate and added to your next monthly bill at the unit price shown. You follow the running overage from your trustee area.
Does my own company count as a mandate?+
No. Your own company stays separate from your mandates: it doesn't appear in the mandate list and isn't billed. Only your client companies count — your trustee firm still gets the same features.
I already use Bill Alps. Can I switch to the trustee offer?+
Yes. Activate trustee mode from the Account page of the app, then take over billing for the mandates you choose: their per-company subscriptions are cancelled with a prorated credit and replaced by your single trustee bill.
How is my clients' data kept separate?+
Each mandate is a distinct company with its own clients, invoices, employees and documents. You move between them with the company switcher, with no risk of mixing anything up.
Can I cancel or remove a mandate?+
Yes, at any time. You can also untick a module or hand billing back to the client. The price adjusts automatically, module by module, with a prorated credit for the current period.
